Whether you’re returning to work shortly after giving birth or a few years later, childcare is something most parents need to consider at some point. Hiring an in-home babysitter, whether it’s your home or theirs, seems like the best way to make sure our children are in the best, most comfortable hands. Unlike daycare centers, though, a babysitter (or a nanny) doesn’t necessarily need any special training or qualifications.
