The sad part is, I think he thinks he did try to impress/woo me. I’m not sure if it was drugs, a mental health condition or possibly brain damage from the car accident he mentioned being in, but I think he really believes he’s a catch and that I should have been tripping all over myself trying to be with him.

It actually saddens me a bit that he has family and possibly friends who aren’t protecting him from himself, not to mention protecting women from him by getting him whatever kind of help it is he may need.
