If you’ve reached a certain age, you likely know the symptoms I’m about to describe. The broken body thermostat that has you flushed and sweating one minute and freezing the next, waking up in a pool of sweat no matter how light the sheets are or how little clothing you’re wearing, the mood swings, the periods that seem to randomly choose a date on the calendar to arrive, the flow that feels like a toddler is playing with a faucet. The itchy, dry skin, acne, new skin allergies. The lost sleep, memory problems, anxiety.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

For years, I’ve been trying to find solutions to these problems. I’ve tried so many different activities, products, ideas, and other potential solutions to these troubles that range from minorly annoying to “OMG, I want to die!”

In the last year or so, I’ve finally begun to find a few things that help significantly. And now that I have, I want to share them with you so that you might find the same relief.
