Struggling to Be Well: 5 Things Interfering With Your Wellness

We talk a lot about taking care of yourself, but we don’t always talk about the reasons why we can’t take care of ourselves.

Wellness is a big discussion point these days. We talk about taking care of your mental health, self-care, getting enough exercise and sleep, and so much more. We have plenty of suggestions for how to take care of these things and more than enough reasons why we should be taking care of them.

But what doesn’t get discussed quite as much are the reasons we might be struggling with our wellness. And that might be more important to talk about because sometimes they’re huge hurdles to overcome. Sometimes we can’t even recognize what we’re struggling with right away.

There are some common struggles that are more easily overcome than others. And those are the ones we’ll go over here. These are the difficulties that tend to be quicker to resolve and with only minimal outside assistance.
