Resolutions That ADD to Your Life Instead of Taking Away
Everyone resolves to lose something — weight, toxicity, material things. Why not do the opposite instead?
We are 10 days into January. By now, many people have already given up on their resolutions. Some have even forgotten what their resolutions were. Others are still trying but barely hanging on by a thread.
It’s not too late for a do-over, though. The year is still shiny and fresh, with almost a full 12 months ahead of you to make changes. But I have a proposal for you for this time around.
Don’t resolve to get rid of anything. You’ve already tried and it didn’t work for you. Instead, resolve to add to your life.
No, I’m not suggesting you resolve to gain 10 pounds or start smoking. What I am suggesting is that by adding some things to your life, you might find that the things you want to get rid of go away naturally on their own. Even if they don’t, at least the things you add will make your life better.
So what should you add?
