No Time for Self-Care? Check out This Day of Self-Care!
If you think self-care is something that requires extensive time and effort, think again.
As you’ve probably figured out by now, I’m a huge proponent of self-care for single parents. I think we’re a demographic that really needs it. But I also recognize that we’re a demographic that doesn’t have a lot of extra time for “fluffy” stuff.
I’ve offered lots of ideas before for how you can engage in self-care without a lot of time and effort, including a PDF of more than 60+ self-care ideas I give away when you subscribe to my newsletter. But I still often hear from single parents that they just don’t have time.
So it might shock you when I tell you that you can fill your day with self-care and it won’t take a lot (or even any) extra time. What it will do, however, is reduce your stress, give you peace of mind, and make you feel better.
So let’s take a look at what a full day of self-care can look like so you can start indulging today.
