The benefits of meditation are talked about a lot: stress relief, lower blood pressure, better focus and concentration, and so much more. One benefit you may not have heard much about, and might be very curious about, is better sex.
The connection between meditation and good sex isn’t as simple as sitting down to meditate, then going into the bedroom (or any other room) and having mind-blowing sex. If it was that simple, everyone would already know about it — and be meditating like crazy.
But a consistent meditation practice can help improve your sex life in a variety of ways.
Stress relief
“But…sex is a stress reliever!” some of you are saying.
That’s true, sex is a sex reliever itself. But for some people, particularly women, we sometimes need a little stress relief before we can be in the mood for that kind of stress relief.
