Feel Good About Yourself In Hard Times
Everyone has struggled this year, so let’s talk about how to feel good despite the struggle
The pandemic has had huge consequences for everyone. Being kept separate from the people we love, not engaging in our usual social activities, losing jobs and homes and retirement accounts — it’s all added up.
And two of the biggest things to take the hit of those consequences are our mental health and our self-esteem. Depression, anxiety, frustration, and just a general feeling of “not enough” has started to permeate our entire lives. And if we were already prone to those things? To say it’s even worse is an understatement.
But there are some things we can do to help ourselves feel better — to even feel good — despite the struggles and hardships we face. And these aren’t just applicable to a pandemic. You can use these tips for your personal struggles too.
