There are lots of reasons we might feel a bit low. Being overworked, isolated at home, going through a divorce or breakup, or even just watching the daily news can bum you out. While you might need more significant help if you’re dealing with depression or anxiety, sometimes all you need is a little pick-me-up.

These 10 things are all easy ways you can boost your mood. They’re good for a daily boost, if you need something to perk you up every day. But they’re also good for those random days when you feel a little down.

Daily meditation

A daily meditation practice is perhaps one of the best ways to boost your mental health. Meditating for just 10–30 minutes a day can reduce stress, help you think more clearly and be more creative, and feel calmer.
