Add These 9 Things to Your Holiday To-Do List
In between all the shopping, partying, and eating, make sure you fit these things in, too.
From Thanksgiving until January 2nd, life is whirlwind. Holiday parties, festive dinners, holiday treat indulging, gift shopping, gift wrapping, holiday cards, phone calls… the list of things to do is endless. And while most of them are generally pleasant and even fun activities, they can also cause some stress and even anxiety.
Especially since we’re also still working, cleaning, cooking, and otherwise living life as we usually do.
You might think your to-do list is already too long, but I’m going to give you nine more things to add to it. I promise they are worth it and you won’t hate me if you add them. In fact, you’ll probably thank me.
Get plenty of rest
It’s easy to shortchange ourselves on sleep during the holiday season. Parties and dinners often run late. We have to bake and cook and wrap presents, all of which require time outside of our usual daily tasks. We have to shop — often when other people we live with aren’t around…
