The long days that turned to weeks that turned to months have taken their toll in so many ways. From weight gain to changes in how we work, date, shop, and educate our kids, it doesn’t seem like anything is the way it was just a few months ago.

Our habits are no exception. They’ve fallen victim to the pandemic too, with good habits slipping slowly away as bad habits crept in almost unnoticed. And it’s not really our fault. With so much stress, so much change, and so much uncertainty, it makes sense that we could miss the little changes that snuck up on us while bigger issues were roaring in our faces.

But things have started to calm down, even if they’re not necessarily returning to normal. And as things calm down, you might be starting to notice that you’ve replaced some healthy habits with some not-so-healthy ones.

On the other hand, you might not have noticed yet. So let’s take a look at a few unhealthy habits that you might have picked up without realizing it.
