Self-care creates self-love, patience, compassion, generosity, and so much more in our lives. The act of putting ourselves first has a ripple effect on those around us, perhaps giving more to those we love than to us.

But when we’re not used to putting ourselves first, it can be difficult to turn self-care into a daily habit. It becomes something we say we want to do, but as soon as things get tough, it’s the first thing to go.

The seven tips I’ve got for you today will help you stop wishing for daily self-care and start actively engaging in the habit.
