Taking care of yourself covers a broad spectrum. While self-care is about taking care of yourself and should be a part of every decision you make every day, it’s also something you can do for yourself as an intentional activity.
But what if you don’t know how to decide what intentional activity you should engage in? What if you don’t know if self-care is physical, mental, or some combination? That’s okay!

Physical
Physical self-care is exactly what it sounds like: self-care for your physical body. Physical self-care is often neglected for a couple of reasons:
· Some physical self-care doesn’t sound fun (like exercising or going to the doctor)
· We assume that it’s covered as long as we eat relatively healthy foods and get some exercise now and then
