5 Tips to Beat the Blahs
Shake off boredom and embrace excitement again!
So many people have struggled with the blahs for the last year to a year and a half. The pandemic has changed the way we live, and even as some places are finally getting back to something resembling normal, the blahs are still there. After all these months watching Netflix, reading books, and scrolling social media, it’s hard to get excited about finally being able to grocery shop without a mask, have dinner in a buffet-style restaurant, or see a movie in theaters again. We want to be excited about those things, but we just don’t have the energy for it.
