4 Daily Goals Every Mom Should Have
In a year when nothing seems to be going right, these goals can make every day feel like a win
Single or not, moms have so much on their plates this year. From trying to hold down a job during a pandemic (and possibly doing that from home), to helping little ones navigate remote learning, and just trying to keep everyone alive and entertained when much of the last few months has been spent cooped up at home, it’s been both the longest and shortest year ever.
There is so little we can control right now. And when it seems like something else goes wrong every single day, it’s not hard to go to bed at night feeling like the day was wasted and we accomplished nothing.
But there are a few things we can still control. And if you set these four goals each day, not only will you accomplish each one, but you’ll also end the day feeling like you’ve won.
Meditation (or at least 10 minutes to yourself)
