11 Tips For the Meditation Beginner
If you’re just getting started with meditation, these tips can help you get started and find inner peace faster.
Making meditation a daily habit can sometimes prove a bit difficult for beginners. From finding time to getting distracted to knowing what the heck to even do, there can be so many questions and doubts around whether you’re doing it right or if it’s worth doing at all.
As a meditation teacher and someone who’s meditated consistently for the last several years and inconsistently for 20 years, I can assure you that it is worth it. I can also tell you that it’s very common to struggle with figuring out how to make it a part of your daily life. So don’t feel bad if you’re still in that stage where it feels like you should just give up.
