Knowing what’s going on in the world is important. Politics and crime can be exhausting, and sometimes it seems like that’s the only news there is. But it is important to catch up on the news now and then. Whether you watch a news report on TV, hit up the local paper or new channel’s website, or subscribe to an email service like Morning Brew or The Skimm, spend a few minutes each day (or a couple times a week) catching up.
